First and foremost, thank you for your wonderful service to our community through helping dogs in need of rescue, fostering, rehabilitation, love and second chances. Pawz Pet Services is a business with a heart for rescue. Therefore, we want to share with your group regarding the discounted and free services that Pawz Pet Services is pleased to provide for rescue groups, foster dogs and newly adopted pets:
Free attendance at any play date for foster dogs. We have provided this mechanism to provide a two-fold purpose. First, we want foster dogs to benefit from socializing with new people and animals in order to achieve balance and stability in preparing for their transition into forever homes. Secondly, we want adoptable dogs to have maximum exposure to potential adopters who may be present at play date or at least to people who love dogs and share circles with others who may be good potential homes for fosters.
Free entry and exit baths for foster dogs. Oftentimes, dogs who are just coming into rescue due to a puppy mill raid, an owner surrender, or any variety of often horrendous circumstances can benefit from a gentle bath to prepare to go into foster homes. Likewise, dogs going into their new forever homes should also be fresh, clean and ready to go to their new life; we love to help in this effort!
Half price bath and blow dry for foster dogs. Many dogs need some ongoing maintenance during their time in foster care and we are here to help keep costs down; plus, we realize a quick scrub down with the hose in the yard is not an option in the middle of winter. So, we can provide fosters unlimited baths and fluff dry services while they are in foster care for just $6.95 each.
Half price transportation for foster dogs.Transport is often one of the biggest challenges for rescue groups. There are vet visits, transporting dogs to events, and home visits. We would like to help alleviate that challenge with our Waggin' Wagon. The Waggin' Wagon is a customized shuttle bus that we have designed with dogs in mind. So, anytime you need an extra set of wheels in Omaha and surrounding communities such as Bellevue, Papillion, Ralston, La Vista, etc. please let us know and we will be glad to help.
Free seminars for pet foster parents and newly adoptive parents. Empower your volunteers with information access and help new pet parents that adopt from your rescue with our comprehensive seminars.
Free obedience classes for foster parents rehabilitating foster dogs. Sometimes a foster dog needs a little extra TLC before going to a new home. Whether resource guarding is an issue, fearfulness, jumping, lack of socialization, or any of the other common laundry list items that appear on foster dogs' list from time to time... we are here to help. If the foster parent is willing to go the extra mile with a foster dog to work on issues or commands during class, then our certified pet dog trainers will go the extra mile with them.
Half price classes for newly adopted pets in new forever homes. We recognize the commitment that is made when a new pet parent takes on a rescued pet as a new forever home. Sometimes, the path to acclimating the pet and bonding with the pet is not well lit and Pawz would like to be there to help the new pet parent navigate the way. So, pet parents that adopt from your rescue may definitely traverse the way to a well mannered, well socialized pet at half price, which is between $44.00 to $49.50 plus tax depending on the class selected.
Help in supporting your rescue's events.We will gladly link your website, post flyers in our shop, post an announcement on our website, include your materials with ours or whatever other means proves beneficial in promoting and supporting your rescue. We appreciate the value that your rescue brings our community.
