After you have decided on these few key items, we will schedule an initial visit to your home to meet you and your pet, make sure we have all necessary access keys and codes, and to ensure that we are following your house rules and routines. We will present you with our welcome packet for your reference and we will get necessary documents including in home services terms and agreement, speedy checkout option, and veterinary release card to ensure your pet is happy and healthy at all times.
